These terms apply when you use this website or request a free funnel audit. The website is run by The Orange Boat Private Limited, Financial District, Hyderabad 500032, Telangana, India (“The Orange Boat”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to break the law while using it, submit false details or someone else’s details without their permission, attack or overload the site, or get around its security.
The free funnel audit
The audit is a review of the material you share, a 30-minute video call, and a written fix list within 48 hours of the call. It’s free, and you don’t need to sign a contract or buy anything.
- We take on a limited number of audits each month, and sending a request doesn’t confirm one. We’ll contact you to fix a time.
- We may decline a request, including if we don’t think we’re the right fit.
- The fix list is yours to keep and use in your own business.
- You confirm you’re allowed to share what you send us. Please send totals, not personal data about your students.
What we don’t promise
Marketing results depend on your market, your programme, your team and many other things. We don’t guarantee any number of leads, admissions, enrolments, selections, placements or any amount of revenue. Results shown on this site describe a specific past engagement and aren’t a promise of future results.
Anything marked illustrative or sample, including the funnel simulation and the weekly report, is an example and not client data. Content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your business.
Paid work
Paid engagements are covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement applies.
Our content
The Orange Boat name, logo, text, design and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to this site, but you may not copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission. Other names and marks belong to their owners.
Other websites
This site links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Liability
We provide this site and the free audit “as is”. We work to keep the information accurate but can’t promise it’s always complete or current, or that the site will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or the free audit, or from acting on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. The version on the site when you use it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law that can’t be excluded.
